Job Responsibilities

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.
