As a Treasury Management Advisor Manager you'll be responsible for development of new Treasury Management business, the expansion of existing business relationships and the delivery of the Treasury Management services to new and existing customers. You will lead a team of Treasury Management Services Analysts and Senior Analysts in support of regional treasury management goals. One of the key responsibilities is internal training of Treasury Management products and services to the team including TM Services Officers, Commercial Bankers and other business leaders.
What we are looking for:
Manages all elements of the Treasury Management sales cycle including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis and close of sale. Develops independent channels to prospect for new Treasury Management clients. Manages the process to maintain a pipeline of potential targets. Uses Consultative and Strategic Sales skills to turn prospects into clients.
Designs customer-centric treasury management solutions, and provides consultative expertise on the liquidity management cycle. Calls independently or with Relationship Managers on customers and prospects in the assigned territory with a focus on those with extensive, complex and/or multi-national treasury management requirements
Provides industry and product training to internal and external audiences including customers, resource groups and Relationship Managers. Assists with the design of new TM products and services and the development of marketing programs with a specific focus on supporting communication and change management of the same.
Maintains current and comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, industry trends, competitive environment and service issues. Represents the Bank in the local and regional Treasury Management communities, and in industry groups.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
6+ years of direct, related experience in Treasury Management Sales/Service
Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Strong speaking & writing skills for internal & external audiences (ex: sales or leadership)
Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 for San Diego, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
