As a global leader in motion and control technologies and within the Aerospace and Defense industry, we are seeking an innovative Digital Manufacturing and Operations Leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our manufacturing processes; setting improvement standards that leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive operational efficiency and enhance product quality on the production floor. This position will report to either our Cleveland, OH or Irvine, CA office.

Strategy & Vision
- Develop and implement digital manufacturing strategies to streamline production processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
- Communicate progress, challenges, and successes of digital manufacturing initiatives to senior management and stakeholders
Continuous Improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, machine vision systems, data acquisition, and data analytics for specific manufacturing needs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and feedback loops, optimizing production workflows and resource utilization
- Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in manufacturing and within the Aerospace and Defense industry
Implementation and Integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems such as MES, ERP, and PLM
- Align, evaluate, and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to support the organization's IT infrastructure and objectives
System Maintenance and Support
- Design and maintain systems and processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability
- Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in manufacturing data
User Training and Documentation
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective deployment, and adoption of new solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals, standard operating procedures, and system configurations
Compliance and Security
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and IT requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations
- Facilitate risk assessments and the implementation of security measures to safeguard sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR, NIST)
- University Degree (or international equivalent)
- Managerial experience and significant Project Leader experience
- 8+ Years Experience in IT
- Professionalism: Excellence, timeliness and completeness of work, responsible; team attitude, quality of presentation.
- Managerial skills: Supervision and coaching, customer service, planning, organization, oral /written communication
Work Authorization:
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
Salary Range:
Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $113,579 - $198,823.
