Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure usage of approved deliverable template and that deliverable is formatted and 508 compliant
• Maintain Deliverable Repository (SharePoint, OnBase, Etc.) & Document version control
• Maintain Deliverable Tracker (Tracks due dates, resubmissions, VA previews, approvals/rejections)
• Confirm deliverable contractual compliance against PWS and ensure resolution of any issues/comments during review
• Assist SMEs in creation of their deliverables and in their Leadership Reviews/Approvals
• Conducts a final client readiness read-through of the deliverable
• Supports deliverable review sessions with workstream leads/VA as needed
• Supports deliverable leadership approval reviews with business owners
• Coordinate w/Contracts on deliverable submission where applicable & confirm deliverable receipt
• When returned/rejected, initiate & manage the deliverable re-submission process
• Supports contract modifications related to deliverables
• Escalates Issues/Risks to Deliverable Manager
• Assist SMEs with VA Pre-Review of deliverable. Conduct walk-thru w SME in advance of VA call
• From Deliverable Manager Vendor Response Matrix, confirm w/Business Owner SME that any subcontractor requirements where applicable are included & that the SME has confirmed acceptance of Optum Vendor Mgt.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in program management or deliverables management
• Experience facilitating and negotiating consensus around project and/or product goals
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Microsoft Project or equivalent project software
• Ability to balance projects of varying complexity simultaneously
• Proven solid verbal and written communication skills, including solid presentation skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance, if required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing PMP certification
• Experience within the VA or DoD community
• Demonstrated understanding of the 5 stages of project management: Initiation, Planning Execution, Monitor and Control, Closeout. Be able to articulate this understanding with relevant work experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
