Job Abstract

Monitors the Advice and Counsel (ACC) mailbox, Ethics. Point and phone line for Employee Relation requests for assistance. Utilizing the ACC tracking system, evaluates all requests, determines level of severity and logs and triages all requests to the appropriate Employee Relations staff member.
