Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
LOB Specific Summary
Delivery Lead role running the XVA Book of work. Expert knowledge of in-house PPRT to managing all owned programs by opening, closing, passing the toll gates, processing change controls and many other PPRT related tasks. In addition to these program-level tasks, responsibilities include ensuring that each PM reports their progress in a weekly forum ahead reporting to the business at SteerCofor for each of the XVA projects and their dynamics. Creation of high visibility presentation (PGR, MIF, IPM/CPM and BCF) for XVA program, CCAR and MRIA2.
