Job Title: Equipment Logistics Coordinator
The primary function of this role is to provide coordination of Comunale owned equipment to the Equipment Department, Chief Operating Officer and Fleet Department.
This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus on administration, organization, reporting, and data management.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

- Coordinate scheduled pick up, delivery and use of SAC (Comunale) owned equipment.
- Conform equipment admin is updated TCMS on SAC owned equipment as required.
- Email branches for updates and information needed on equipment.
- Complete shipping tabs and print bill of ladings.
- Update weights and add equipment data into FMS.
- Verify addresses and contact information.
- Data entry to keep spreadsheets updated based on pickups or additional deliveries.
- Scan equipment requests for the branches / departments as needed.
- Scan completed pickups and bill of ladings weekly as needed.
- Enter & scan inspection updates as needed as needed.
- Enter equipment moves into FMS database.
- Send emails for equipment requests based on weekly branch reports & FMS dates.
- Update yard equipment report working with Garage.
- Backup to Equipment Logistics Manager for services calls and urgent requests.
- Rent equipment for upcoming jobs, or as requested by branches or project managers as fill in.

Education / Work Experience:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 3+ years of previous administrative or coordinator experience is required.
- Previous experience in the construction or equipment industry a plus
- Excellent time management and sense of urgency if required.
- Ability to be able to work outdoors when required, year round, to count and inspect equipment when needed.
Computer Skills:
- Significant experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) applications required.
