As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (Level 3) you will manage company facilities and infrastructure, real property, and plant machinery and equipment in a large scale production campus. In this role, you will provide supervision of trades, technical direction, leadership, oversight of budget administration, planning and scheduling activities, workflow analysis, and recommendation of capital acquisition or modifications.
Monitor and manage various aspects of the site:
• Production machinery and equipment management
• Performance of emergent, corrective, and preventative maintenance
Manage allocation of department resources to ensure priority projects are implemented in a timely manner.
• Assure prompt resolution of scheduling conflicts
• Ensure job and cost performance and adherence to design and build requirements.
• Solution equipment and maintenance repairs, problems or concerns
• Apply appropriate policy and procedures
• Monitor job performance, safety, and environmental concern
Responsible for coordinating subordinate (represented and salaried) employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Provides technical guidance and direction as needed.

• Prior Maintenance Supervisory experience in a heavy industrial plant setting.
• Experience leading effectively in a challenging environment with all levels of personnel, including internal and external customers.
• Technical skills and knowledge of critical equipment maintenance that supports the product and infrastructure systems. • Prior Management and/or Leadership experience in a heavy industrial plant setting
• Prior maintenance of critical machinery and equipment systems
