Manages the day to day activity of a production engineering team in support of Classified programs.
This includes the responsibility for production engineering life cycle deliverables from product design through manufacturing implementation.
The team consists of manufacturing engineers, test engineers, and tooling engineers.
• Lead the organizational goals and support the line of business customers. • Support the setup of new and expanded facilities, associated capital assets, and factory of the future aspects including manufacturing automation and digital transformation within the ADP program framework. • Support creation & implementation of Manufacturing Plan and associated processes / products across Production Engineering disciplines. • Identify organizational/operational gaps and be able to reach across the company resource base to secure solutions.
