Overview The Contractor shall provide a properly trained and certified Mechanical Lead (ML). Responsibilities The Mechanical Lead (ML) should be properly trained and certified. Qualifications The lead shall possess, as a minimum: a. Seven years of demonstrated experience with installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of commercial mechanical systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, compressors, pumps, motors, domestic water, etc.,). b. Seven years of demonstrated experience with commercial boilers (natural gas and oil) rated at a minimum of 250 horsepower. c. Seven years of demonstrated experience with commercial control systems. d. Five years working knowledge: 1. Commercial water treatment (non-potable) 2. Backflow prevention 3. Domestic water and building sewage systems 4. Natural Gas and diesel distribution 5.
