Senior Product Marketing Manager, ISV Ecosystem Growth
Overview
Okta, the leading identity and access management platform, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in building Okta’s strategy to connect SaaS builders and SaaS consumers within a secure, interoperable app ecosystem.
As the PMM for ISV Ecosystem and Growth, you will be responsible for helping drive strategic initiatives that create demand for partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISV) – from emerging startups, to mid-market, and larger vendors. You will also deliver thought leadership to amplify demand for the customer benefits enabled by Okta's integrations. Your mission will be to craft differentiated messaging for this two-sided market, influence industry analysts' view of Identity requirements for software vendors, and lead the launch of related product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Drive campaigns to create demand for ISV partnerships, including driving ISV awareness of Okta's value propositions through ISV-focused events and other marketing activities.
- Deliver thought leadership to amplify end customer demand for IT and security outcomes enabled by Okta integrations, and capitalize on this interest by running initiatives for Product Led Growth (PLG)
- Enhance Okta's catalog of partners to help ISVs showcase the differentiation enabled through their partnership with Okta. Develop incentive strategies for these partners.
- Help define go-to-market strategy for ISVs, including establishing and maintaining a single ISV landing page, and crafting messaging for a new Okta ISV program.
- Drive content development for ISVs to build and maintain an ISV journey map, and execute ISV program campaigns to encourage participation.
- Align with key executive stakeholders to track and showcase key metrics around the ISV program.
- Drive tier 1 and 2 launches for products that support the SaaS builder and SaaS buyer
Qualifications include
- 6+ years experience as a product marketer in cybersecurity or identity management
- Experience driving large scale, company-impacting launches
- Experience writing (or leading) ISV-focused thought leadership and customer-facing content
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders with differing priorities
- High sense of urgency
- A background in B2B SaaS, and an understanding of the needs of ISVs

Below is the annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual OTE, which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
