The Opportunity:
The Project Management Associate is responsible for developing and maintaining simultaneous projects to facilitate the sales strategy of the DTC business. You will partner with the merchandising team to streamline the planning of revenue and brand building projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate the execution of these projects.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- As a Project Management Associate you will play a critical role in driving the success of our E-commerce Direct To Consumer projects
- Lead the management of calendaring, planning, briefing, and operations for the merchandising team, inclusive of product launches and digital activations
- Lead the coordination of deliverables and timelines for the merchandising team in relation to cross-functional partners such as brand, creative, and marketing teams
- Facilitate end-to-end process from strategic planning to creative KO, internal reviews, stakeholder alignment, to final delivery of all projects
- Facilitate internal and cross-functional checkpoints (in-person/Monday/MIRO/email, etc.) for projects to ensure inputs and outputs are on schedule
- Develop, optimize, and maintain project plans, schedules, and process documentation, while identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
- Mitigate timeline risks by openly communicating status and resourcing recommendations based on the needs of the merchandising team and E-commerce DTC business
- Manage data input for the E-commerce DTC catalog and all associated projects into the merchandising team’s planning platforms
- Support cross-functional teams by providing tutorials and processes to utilize merchandising documents effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management within a consumer products focused e-commerce business; preferably toys and collectibles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience working with merchandising, marketing, brand, creative, and operations teams
- Experience leading the facilitation of projects with an ability to make quick decisions and effectively communicate updates/next steps
- Experience working with multiple brands or working in a client-facing role
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem solving skills
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Healthy balance of being a team player and being able to take initiative independently
- Experience with Monday / MIRO / Microsoft Office Suite / Shopify / eCommerce Analytics
- Affinity for toys and collectibles or brands within the collector space highly desired. What’s your fandom?

The base hourly rate for this position is between $35.00 and $43.75,
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
