What will you do?
Customers Bank is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner for Sales Enablement. This role is crucial for driving the success of our sales enablement initiatives by ensuring alignment with industry demands and internal business processes. The Product Owner will work closely with the Head of Sales Enablement to develop and implement strategies that enhance our sales capabilities and optimize our CRM and loan processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy in alignment with the bank's goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between the sales, marketing, operations and other business units to ensure cohesive and effective process and product delivery.
- Consult with stakeholders to analyze, define, and prioritize user stories. Identifying what needs to be built/enhanced and why it is important to do so.
- Manage CRM and LOS platforms and ensure it meets the needs of the sales team, providing robust support for the banking and loan processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends to ensure our sales enablement tools and processes are competitive and effective.
- Develops a client-centric approach while managing product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements that support various consumers and stakeholders.
- Facilitate training and support for the sales team on new tools and processes to maximize their effectiveness.
- Gather and analyze feedback from sales teams to continuously improve sales enablement tools and strategies.
What do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Product Management or a related field or similar experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, business process management, or sales enablement within the banking industry.
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience
- Strong understanding and leveraging data to perform analytics and drive decision-making.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce and NCino or similar) and a deep understanding of banking deposit, treasury management, and loan processes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong experience independently working with business stakeholders and managing complex problems and finding solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in business process optimization and product ownership.
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in sales enablement.
- Value and metrics driven with the ability to express value in the context of financial and/or other metrics.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools is strongly preferred.
