• Meet level 1 requirements in accordance with job description, PPR, and skills matrix for dept.

• Actively participate in a team environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve products and processes

Required Skills:

• Proficient ERP skills

• Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Proficient interpretation of blueprints, manuals and part 145 requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of part 145 process and procedures.

• Ability to use measuring tools

• Ability to interpret and build using Schematics, Blueprints, Manuals and Specifications, etc.

• Mechanical and/or Electrical Aptitude to complete inspect, order parts, assembly, test and inspect components.

• Knowledge of Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Test and Inspection.

• Knowledge of Harnesses, Ignition Leads, Exciters, Speed Sensors, and PCCU, as required

• Ability to use test equipment (oscilloscope, multi-meter, Multi-Point Tester (MPT), Hi-Pot, IR, etc.) as required to conduct analysis and testing

• Ability to read and interpret dimensional measurements as required

• Ability to interpret technical information and evaluate labor and material requirements

• Ability to diagnose electrical/mechanical assemblies and repair as required

• Read & comprehend customer purchase orders

• Ability to interpret Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) & Service bulletins.

• Ability to meet customer purchase order OTD and TAT

• Ability to create turn-backs

• Ability to identify discrepancies

• Meet the product and regulatory requirements for FAA, EASA, and CAAC, etc.

• Ability to self inspect work according to CMM standards

• Ability to acquire braze certification as required

• Pass annual eye exam specific to job title

• Cross train within department

• Support manufacturing operations across departments and product lines, being flexible as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned
