Customer Service Rep/Logistics Assistant
Long Term Temporary Pay: $16.00 per hour
Hours: Flexible to 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duties:
Working in an office within the warehouse.
Supporting new clients, communicating with customers, working with shipping/receiving to track orders in/out, backorders, troubleshooting
Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information related to inventories, shipments, and product availability.
Assist parties in tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise during the transit times and on arrival to Hub.
Respond to customer feedback and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction.
Investigating discrepancies to be able to identify and resolve customer-related issues, such as order discrepancies, shipment errors, or not meeting the standard of work.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the supply chain process.
Maintain and update databases and records with accurate and relevant information.
Generate regular reports on inventory levels and metrics.
Analyze historical records to be able to identify inventory anomalies.
Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Addressing and solving cases within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Provide comprehensive training materials and documentation to external parties.
Facilitate the integration of onboarding new suppliers.
Quickly adapt to and master new systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory data.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
High school diploma required or equivalent related work experience.
