Education
Bachelors Degree : from accredited Occupational Therapy program (Required)
Masters Degree : from accredited Occupational Therapy program (Preferred)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience
1 Year experience in an Occupational Therapy Setting (Preferred)

License/Certifications
OT-LIC - PA Occupational Therapist Lic (Required)
NBCOT - Natl Board Certified OT (Required)
BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
