Job Abstract

All OIT student workers are required to work on the Service Desk as well as the switchboard. The Service Desk takes calls and responds to email from students, faculty, staff, and outside sources, and prepares work orders for both technology and facilities requests. The switchboard handles all incoming calls to the University and reroutes them to the appropriate department.
