Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC) Rehabilitation Services is seeking individuals to join our large, well established and growing inpatient and outpatient practice. We currently have both adult and pediatric positions for Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy within our practice. This includes SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, PTAs and OTAs. Although most positions are either, primarily adult or primarily pediatric, we encourage all Rehab Associates to be comfortable and competent crossing over into more than 1 clinical setting.
PVHMC is a nationally recognized, and award winning, Non-Profit, acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center. Rehabilitation Services at PVHMC were established in 1954, and have grown to 70 licensed therapists and over 100 Associates. Rehabilitation includes 5 Services: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. The PVHMC campus is home for our 11,000 sq. ft. outpatient clinic. In addition, we have 5 other outpatient clinics in the neighboring cities of Claremont, La Verne and Chino Hills. Two of these outpatient practices are exclusively pediatrics, called Milestones.
Our Acute Care Inpatient team provides rehab in critical care, trauma, orthopedics and pulmonary and cardiac services. Our Pediatric team covers the NICU and the weekly High Risk Infant follow up clinic. Many of these kiddos are referred to our OP Milestone Pediatric Clinics. We offer 17 different Specialty Programs led by Certified Clinical Specialists or highly experienced clinicians. Programs include Spine, Orthopedics, Sports Injury Management and Athletic Rehab, Stroke and Neuro Rehab, Pediatrics, UI and Pelvic Pain. Other specialty programs include the Wound and Burn Care, Vestibular and Concussion Rehab, Balance and Fall Prevention, Lymphedema Management, Hand Rehab and Aquatic Therapy. Former patients have the option to enroll in our Gym, Cardiac-Pulmonary or Aquatics Wellness Aftercare Programs.
