The Philadelphia County Assistance Office (CAO) is seeking a motivated Human Resource Assistant 2 to join the Human Resources Department to perform a variety of duties of a paraprofessional nature. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Human Resource Assistant 2, you will have a wide-range of responsibilities which primarily include time advisor duties, performance management, and records management tasks for the Human Resource Services Office of the Philadelphia County Assistance Office (PCAO), the Office of Income Maintenance Processing Center (PC), and the Customer Service Center (CSC), Philadelphia locations. You will also engage in a variety of other functions such as processing employee requests for intra-county transfers, reviewing and processing all personnel actions such as retirements and resignations, conducting employee exit interviews, and conducting portions of new employee orientations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the Human Resource Office at 801 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of experience as a Human Resource Assistant 1;or
Two years of clerical or other comparable experience, one year of which involved performance of limited technical duties in the field of human resource work;or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
