We’re looking for a Sr Manager, User Acquisition to join our mobile user acquisition team in Irvine, CA to help lead global user acquisition and retargeting strategy and campaign management.

As the Sr. Manager, User Acquisition, you will be instrumental in driving growth and engagement for a Blizzard mobile game. You will manage a team focused on planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to attract new and lapsed users effectively and efficiently. This is a critical role for the company that comes with a lot of growth potential and the opportunity to directly shape mobile UA at Blizzard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maximize opportunities.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Snap, TikTok, SDK networks, and DSPs. Monitor and optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI.
• Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and user engagement. Leverage data to make informed decisions and refine marketing approaches.
• Budget Management: Oversee the user acquisition budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various campaigns and platforms.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of user acquisition specialists. Foster a collaborative environment and support professional development of team members.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product management, brand marketing, product marketing, finance, and analytics, to ensure a cohesive approach to user growth.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and learnings to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition in the mobile gaming or related digital entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling user acquisition campaigns.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and user behavior.
• Hands-on experience with mobile measurement partners like AppsFlyer and working inside ad platforms like Meta Ads, Tiktok, and Google Ads.
• Understanding in SKAN 4.0 measurement frameworks and guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing a team.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
