The Resort Channel Sales Manager role at REEF is an exciting and dynamic opportunity designed for a strategic thinker and proactive leader. This role involves developing, executing, and scaling new growth opportunities within the resort and hospitality channels. The successful candidate will identify new account targets, foster long-term revenue growth through robust business relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. This is a full-time, exempt position. The employee will be required to work a hybrid schedule, meaning three days in the office and the remaining workdays remotely.

Job/Educational Requirements:
Experience: 3-7+ years of related professional experience, with a proven track record of success.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Wholesale Sales Management: Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day wholesale sales portfolios, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
Resort Channel Sales: Specific experience selling into the resort channel, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within this market.
Wholesale/Retail Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of wholesale and retail operations, including buyer and representative relationships. Ability to navigate and influence within these environments.
Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Efficient Interface: Ability to efficiently interface with all levels and functions within the organization. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:

Travel: Approximately 30% annually
Physical Ability: Ability to bend, lift, open, and move weight varying from 30 to 60 lbs., depending on need. This includes the lifting and transportation of heavy sample bags.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 and includes the potential for a bonus. The final offer amount will be determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, and impacted area, and may vary from the amount above. This range also does not represent additional compensation benefits.
