KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the monthly and quarterly accounting close for Henry Schein Ortho Group according to a set schedule. Reviews and approves detailed journal entries for adjusting entries, accruals, and standard journal entries and performs accrual and adjusting journal entries. Reviews general ledger account analysis, both P/L and Balance Sheet accounts.
Manage the Ortho Group accounts payable process, including review and approval of capex invoices, review, and approval of expense reports via the Concur system and overall admin for the Ortho Concur Instance
Manage the Ortho Group accounts receivable process including intercompany statement review, bad debt reserve and liaise with credit team to develop SLAs and metrics to measure against
Drive monthly balance sheet reviews and call out risks and opportunities to CFO and Controller to ensure Ortho’s Financials are accurate and meet compliance rules.
Responsible for revenue recognition including but not limited to, promotions, bundles, new product launches and customer rebates
Responsible for Quarterly Reporting and Procedure Requirements, including but not limited to: Sarbanes Oxley requirements; accuracy of testing and compliance with Sales Cut-Off accounting policies and procedures; Quarterly Checklists.
Acts as a liaison with financial business managers and subsidiary financial teams to collect, verify, and provide financial data
Provide guidance to staff with respect to accounting issues of greater complexity
Participates in integrations, acquisitions and special projects as required.
Responsible for financial administration for the Ortho Group ERP including but not limited to sales matrix accounting, chart of accounts, financial data setup
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Proven experience in inside sales management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams in a global context.
Strong understanding of diverse markets, customer segments, and sales channels, with the ability to develop and execute tailored sales strategies accordingly.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across different locations and cultural backgrounds.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience working with multiple brands and value propositions, preferably in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other relevant sales technologies.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $95,990 to $167,983 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to therole to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, priorexperience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. ?
