Position Summary:
- Under general direction of the Gastroenterology Division MSO, incumbent is responsible for policy analysis and interpretation and problem solving responsibilities that require on-going interaction with all levels of University, Medical Center.. Incumbent functions as a GI Division resource to all faculty.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $27.34 - $32.84 (Hourly Rate). The Full Salary Range for the salary grade this position is assigned to is $27.34 - $39.18 (Hourly Rate).

Required:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with administrators, faculty, staff, vendors and other constituencies inside and outside of the organization.
- Professional experience, business acumen, and integrity to effectively serve and represent the department.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, using proper English and grammar.
- Proven ability to work independently and carry out assigned tasks reliably and accurately with only general direction.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial, personnel and payroll information.
- Ability to collect and analyze data and make effective related recommendations
- Computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Access)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Typical market education and years of experience: 3 - 5 years with BA/BS or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Previous UC system experience
- Ability to analyze complex administrative problems involving long-range strategic planning, and resource and space allocation
- Experience working in a medical/clinical setting is preferred.
