About the SAP Internship Experience Program

What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - University Alliances North America
Location: Newport Beach
Expected start date to end date: 6 months (July 2024 - January 2024)
Working hours: Part time (20 hrs./week)
1. Collaborate with the North American team on communications, marketing, operations, program/project management, and content-related activities
2. Actively contribute to the planning and execution of faculty workshops, annual academic conferences,s and other key events
3. Support priority projects that drive program success
4. Perform post-event analysis of workshops, conferences, and info sessions to examine results and progress toward key metrics
5. Support the rollout of the Next-Gen Ambassadors in the US and Canada starting with communications and hosting online introductory events, provide support to new ambassadors first campus activities and post-event reporting
6. Work within the budget and time allocations for the respective activities and programs.

Expectations & Tasks
Activities may include one or more of the following:
- Answer preliminary inquiries from prospective University Alliances member faculty via shared inbox
- Track and follow up on next steps related to SAP University Alliances meetings to ensure on-time completion of deliverables
- Support key University Alliances North America program activities
- Research background/needs of prospective members, current SAP programs of existing members, and hiring needs of our customers/partners to provide strong support for all stakeholders.
- Locate and analyze data based on the needs of the Program lead, for example, evaluating member use of SAP software, identifying new target institutions and additional faculty that may benefit from our program, comparison of data across CRM systems, and so on
Skills / Competencies
- Work experience and courses in one or more of the following areas: marketing, communications, international business, operations, or economics
- Familiarity with enterprise software market or similar business-to-business programs or activities is a plus
- Ability to assimilate complex ideas and information into well-written, spoken, and visual communications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required
- Effective program/project coordination skills
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality results in a high-energy, tight-deadline environment
- Able to balance multiple projects/tasks based on priority ensuring deadlines are met
- Comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask for help
- Experience with business-oriented social media, e-mail campaign management, list cultivation/management, and audience segmentation
- Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 0 - 0(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
