What you’ll be doing...
Your focus will be on the growth and development of the Wireless Partner Program. Specifically, your responsibility will be to grow alternate distribution channels for business sales via recruiting, on-boarding and providing operational support of channel partners. You will be managing a fast changing and evolutionary environment with expectations of uncommon and non-standard deliverables. In this pivotal role, you will have a large impact by increasing revenue across all segments of our business.
Identifying and recruiting new channel partners through channel events, social media, cold calling, and referrals.
Developing and onboarding new partners to meet minimum productivity goals.
Supporting program funnel management and growth with targeted initiatives and execution on sales deliverables.
Providing direct support with operational functions to Verizon Partner Program (VPP) partners for new and recurring initiatives, process, project and triage support.
Project managing over strategic partnerships and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for timelines deliverables and results.
Assisting on Non-standard and emerging business partner models for Go to Market (GTM) readiness.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in sales, sales operations, business development or marketing.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A Master's degree
Presented new and complex wireless technologies to C-Level executives.
Led cross-functional teams and aligned groups to a common goal.
Experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales or Sales Operations.
Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that result in the successful achievement of critical business goals and objectives.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $105,000.00 and $194,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
