Assistant Sales Manager - CycleBar Los Gatos

Xponential Fitness is the national leader in luxury boutique fitness and is looking for amazing talent to join our team. We are seeking a highly sales motivated Assistant Sales Manager to grow our studio’s success! This position will be based at the studio in-person.

POSITION: The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee all studio activities including generating leads, growing membership, improving retail sales as well as upholding the CycleBar studio experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience required

• Proven track record in generating personal sales with strong competitive spirit

• Experience with managing and supervising Sales Reps

• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone

• Must be solution-based and results oriented

• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment

• An affinity and passion for fitness

• Solid writing and grammar skills

• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

• Proficiency with computers and Studio software

• College Degree Preferred

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekday, evenings and weekend availability

• Highly competitive base rate plus goal-based commission
