Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Packer for a company based in New Orleans, LA. PACKER
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Packer for a company based in New Orleans, LA. In this role you will primarily be responsible for accurately packaging Reily Foods finished products to be distributed to customers. This role works at the end of the packing lines.

Pay Rate
$12.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
1st Shift Tuesday – Friday / Hours: 4:30am – 3:00pm

2nd Shift Monday – Thursday / Hours: 2:30pm – 1:00am

Packer Duties and Responsibilities

• Packs coffee and tea at end of the production line and shrink wraps pallets for shipping

• Performs quality verification of expiration dates and lot codes

• Reports any product deficiencies, food or safety concerns to supervisor

• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and assists with line clean-up

Packer Qualifications and Requirements
• Manufacturing and pallet jack experience helpful

• Ability to read and interpret instructions

• Ability to stand for long hours and handle repetitive tasks throughout the day

• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds continuously throughout the day (50 pounds if working on the 1 pound can line)

• Basic math skills
