JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:

• Translate business needs into technical solutions, partnering with teams to understand requirements.
• Lead functional and technical design sessions and create comprehensive documentation (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Participate as a product owner in agile ceremonies, directing scrum team work and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and participate in testing to validate product against criteria.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, collaborating closely with partners across the organization to build strong relationships and support project success.

• Strong leadership skills with a bias towards action and results orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.
