Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly and courteously. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance leadership and management skills. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and hygienic environment. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Strong passion for food and hospitality, with a desire to make a positive impact on campus life. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
