You will draft, customize, amend, review and interpret Customer Services contractual agreements used in the sale of Aircraft related services.
Meet the Team:
The Customer Support team provides aircraft operations support throughout the aircraft's operational life. The team coordinates, implements and monitors all services customized to meet the customer’s specific needs, to ensure a positive customer relationship. Our Field Service teams provide technical support so our customers can operate safely and efficiently. Being based at our customers' facilities enables us to have a strong customer relationship and understanding of the airline's technical and operational needs.

Your Challenges:
Review Draft Agreements
Adapt Airbus SAS Templates
Work with various business units to provide administrative support on accurate use of templates associated
Assist Contracts Manager with development of library of standard templates
Your Boarding Pass:
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in contractual related matters
Preferred experience in aviation related field, knowledge of Aircraft, or general maintenance proficiency. Prior contracts development or Sales Administration experience are a plus.
High school diploma required
Advanced proficiency with MS Word and or Google Docs
Demonstrated ability to explain, negotiate, convince and initiate creative solutions.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is required.
Proficiency in Spanish, French, and / or German, written and or spoken, are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Onsite or remote: Initial requirement is for onsite with potential for up to 40% remote working.
Vision: able to see and read computer screen and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings every day.
Hearing: able to hear to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on production floor including safety warnings or alarms daily.
Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications every day.
Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment daily.
Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs every day.
Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs daily.
Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and equipment every day.
Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on computer daily.
Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.
Standing: able to stand [CS2] for discussions in offices or on production floor every day.
Travel: able to travel independently both in the domestic United States and internationally and at short notice. Travel is typically once per year internationally, and a few times per year in the domestic US.
Walking: able to walk/maneuver [CS3] through office and production areas including uneven surfaces daily.
Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visit, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor. Additional PPE may be required if/when visiting customer site.

Citizenship:
Able to (i) work in the US without a current or future need for visa sponsorship, and (ii) travel internationally to France, Germany, and Portugal.
