This position is full-time. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at2750 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls , OH. 44221.
We offer 12 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00am 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted onsite.
Primary Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Typing skills 50 words per minute
- Must be 18+ years of age OR older
- Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years related medical office or medical assistant experience
- Minimum of 1+ years in heavy/high call volume phone setting in either call center and/or medical facility.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
