Front Desk Administrator
Adecco is now hiring for one of the largest health food and supplement companies, and this is your chance to work with them in the Santa Clarita Valley! This is a temporary assignment.
Responsibilities:
Answering and screening incoming telephone calls, determining the general purpose of the call, and routing caller(s)
Greeting and directing visitors. Ensuring all visitors sign into our digital visitor log, sign off on any required safety guidelines for the building, and provide visitor badges. Following company security guidelines
Staying up to date on all reception-related safety training. Assisting in educating employees and visitors, upon arrival, of all safety mandates and guidelines
Maintaining the Front Office, making sure that all equipment is in working order, and keeping stock of necessary supplies.
Managing the company account and processing requests for employees with electrical charging vehicles
Primary contact for copier service repairs, maintaining copier repair log, and ordering paper & toner supplies. Will coordinate repairs of copiers as necessary.
Tracking and logging incoming mail and packages
Assisting with building maintenance requests using property managements tracking system
Primary contact for business cards and stationery requests. Placing orders from vendors as requested by employees/departments. Reconciling and allocating charges to appropriate departments.
Reconciling business expenditures each week on company P-card
Assisting Facilities Coordinator with various responsibilities, including maintenance of building appliances, ordering building supplies, overseeing deliveries, and providing general administrative support.
Providing occasional backup to the Facilities Services Team with maintenance of inventory and ordering products, as well as providing general backup for sample room.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Typing at 40 wpm
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Familiar with MS Teams, and phone systems
Ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
Shifts Available:
Shifts are available from Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
