Manage office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling personnel, and filing paperwork.
Conduct bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including recording transactions, generating invoices, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
Prepare payroll, government returns/remittances, and 401K contributions.
Complete quarterly IFTA filings and monthly account reconciliations.
Obtain permits for oversized/overweight loads.
Maintain general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other related to the company’s operations.
Communicate with team members and negotiate with vendors to purchase materials.
Organize and maintain accurate employee records.
Provide administrative support to management.
Qualifications: Must have office experience and QuickBooks experience of at least one to two years.
