What You’ll Get to Do:
CI is seeking professional customer-oriented candidates able to quickly learn new business processes, troubleshoot system functionality and work independently in a fast paced, challenging environment. The candidate will work remotely and provide end user support to a 12,000+ user community for a federal agency.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
• U.S. Citizen

• A minimum of 1+ years of relevant professional experience and a high school diploma; or a bachelor's degree, and 1 year of experience implementing or supporting IT systems

• Experience with IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution

• Strong written and oral communications skills

• Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems

• Ability and initiative to set goals and execute

• Self-starter with initiative and aptitude to quickly learn and put new skills to use

These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience in troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis

• Experience with COTS Financial Management or Acquisition Systems.

• Experience with CGI Momentum software. • Experience with federal government Financials.

• Experience supporting federal government customers.

• Basic ability to run SQL queries, develop queries and investigate data
