Resilience Information Technology Project Manager, Lead

Whether helping modernize and transform systems or ensuring Information Technology (IT) milestones are monitored and met, our clients need a consultant that will take the time to learn the complexities of their resilience mission, translate larger program goals into IT requirements and project plans, and provide them with tangible advice to facilitate mission success.
As an experienced Resilience Information Technology Project Manager on our team, you’ll have a direct impact on how our clients implement their IT Strategy, maintain data governance and management initiatives, and manage program management functions. You’ll engage with your customer to meet their strategic vision for a best-in-class IT Program Management Office, translate complex program requirements into IT requirements, manage agile teams, and help address agency program and security requirements. You know that a successful IT Project Manager has strong customer and stakeholder engagement experience – helping bring different stakeholders and organizations together to ensure IT projects are successful. You value customer experience and know the criticality of keeping customers at heart of IT solutions. You have a working knowledge of the federal acquisition process to help with investment decisions. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to be a part of a climate and resilience focused team.

You Have:
12+ years of work experience in IT project or IT program management
6+ years of experience managing and developing people and diverse teams, such as other contractors, analysts, and stakeholders
3+ years of experience supporting Federal IT Programs with multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks in a senior leader capacity
Experience supporting IT Program Management Office and monitoring and reporting on agile software development activities, IT requirements management, program communications, and risk management
Experience with Federal IT Acquisition Program Management
Experience managing and inspiring a team of staff to peak performance
Experience facilitating and working with Senior leaders and diverse stakeholders
Experience with Agile software development methods, such as Scrum and Kanban and JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint, or Visio software
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration or Information Technology

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
