SAIC is seeking an Task Management Analyst to assist Chief of Naval Operations, Installations Division (OPNAV N4I) for Environmental program support. This position is full-time customer site at the Pentagon with some telework possibilities. Minimal travel outside of the DC Metro Area is anticipated.
This position requires an ACTIVE Secret clearance
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The contractor shall primarily provide support to OPNAV N4I front office to manage the Department of the Navy (DON) Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) Task Management Tool (TMT). Tasker Management includes tracking and management of internal and external taskers within ETMS2, translating lists to spreadsheets, maintaining metrics reports, and coordinating status updates across various codes within OPNAV N4I to assist in on-time completion and updates to senior leadership.
Additional tasking may include business operations support assisting in various reports, briefs, staff communications, and projects in support of the OPNAV N4I Front office and Branch support. Support will include Navy data-call coordination; development of spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations; and database entry, updates, maintenance, and report generation.
The contractor may also complete the annual IT report on certification for all environmental IT systems and application with the appropriate echelon 2 commands and IT system/application owners assisting with updating their information in the Defense Information Technology Portfolio Repository—DON (DITPR-DON), DON Application and Database Management System (DADMS), and Program Budget Information System (PBIS)—IT (PBIS-IT).
Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business.
- 3 years of experience performing similar duties for DOD or Civilian customers.
- Ability to learn the Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS).
- Ability to learn how to generate data and reports from the authoritative databases used by N4.
- ACTIVE Secret clearance
- Ability to apply strong written/oral communication skills
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal skills with a self-starting attitude, team-player, and flexibility. A fast-learner and high degree of initiative, and attention to detail is expected.
- Tasker management experience and MS Office applications
