• Receive incoming HVAC products, verifying accuracy against purchase orders or

• Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to

• Perform regular inventory counts to reconcile stock levels and identify
discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory replenishment to ensure product

• Order Fulfillment:
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and equipment (such as forklifts or pallet
jacks) to move, load, and unload products safely.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order processing and
timely shipment.
• Warehouse Organization and Maintenance:
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from obstructions to ensure a safe
working environment.
• Maintain proper storage conditions for HVAC products, adhering to industry
standards.
• Assist in periodic equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions or safety
hazards.
• Quality Control and Documentation:
• Conduct regular quality control checks on HVAC products to ensure compliance
with specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of product movements, inspections, and
inventory records.
• Assist in implementing and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to
ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products, paperwork, and data entry.
• Proficient in using computerized inventory management systems and basic office
software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform repetitive
tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide
exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
• 6 months warehouse experience
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
safely and efficiently.
• HVAC/R experience preferred
• additional certifications or training in warehouse operations is a plus
