What We Do
As a Sr. Business Systems Security Analyst for Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will be joining the IAM BSA Center of Excellence (COE). The position requires the ability to quickly comprehend business needs and translate those needs into requirements. The ability to identify integration challenges and work to build a plan of action for resolution while aligning with IAM goals and InfoSec security policies and standards are a required skillset.
As a IAM BSA COE team member, you will participate in an enterprise-wide projects and will engage with business stakeholders to gather technical integration requirements to onboard applications to First American’s IGA platform. The Sr. Business Systems Security Analyst will possess the capability to learn and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment to define and document business and technical requirements including establishing role, entitlement, and access definitions. Additionally, you will define the application user provisioning lifecycle processes, identity lifecycle management processes, and user access certification requirements.
Further, you will be a strategic partner, acting as liaison between the user community and the technical applications development staff (may include offshore staff). Resolve system problems to ensure customer processes run smoothly. Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc. Implement system alignment with business processes.
For local candidates, this role is hybrid 2 days per week onsite in Santa Ana, CA. We are open to remote, out of area candidates.
What You'll Do:
- Business engagement to advance IAM Program efforts to achieve program goals
- Business and Technical processes definition and enforcement to streamline enterprise-wide business processes while aligning with First American Information Security policies and standards
- Participates in identifying business system requirements and related business/application solutions for IAM provisioning access and models solutions
- Engagement with project teams through software development lifecycle to release new product features to business teams
- Artifacts and knowledge management through repositories, training, and business communications for ongoing project workstreams
What You'll Bring:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) industry experience is preferred
- SailPoint IdentityIQ product knowledge is preferred. Additional knowledge on related IAM technology is good to have
- Applicant must be knowledgeable on user lifecycle management processes within an identity governance domain and able to bring industry best practices to work
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Candidate is an analytical thinker with good articulation of business requests in technology terms and vice versa to facilitate conversation between business and technology teams
- Can manage and approach multiple tasks on a day-to-day basis and able to assess priority and manage work scope
- Must be forward leaning and able to work with project teams to bring the program goals to realization
- Can identify/receive problem statements, research alternatives, prepare presentations, drive solutions, test to confirm, gain consensus, and implement solutions for defined business processes
- Create documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures
- Standard Microsoft management skillset
- Prior experience working with Internal and External audit resources is a plus
Typical Education
- Requires BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- IAM domain technology or industry certifications is preferred
Typical Range of Experience
- Typically have 3+ years of directly related experience
Pay Range: $73,700 – $130,000 annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
