What We’re Looking For:
A highly motivated Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio to join our in-house Brand Design Studio (BDS). The Graphic Designer will work closely with corporate and hotel functions including the Brand, Hotel Marketing, Digital, Sales and Operations teams to deliver creative solutions that align with Loews Hotels & Co brand standards.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and update a variety of print and digital collateral that supports corporate and hotel functions
- Work closely with fellow designers and Director of BDS to deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand design solutions that raise the bar
- Design within existing Brand style guidelines with the ability to flex and push the standards when appropriate
- Utilize Creative Cloud libraries, paragraph styles and design templates to create brand compliant collateral
- Prepare final files for print and digital including packaging InDesign files, creating print ready PDFs, digital accessible (ADA) PDFs, social graphics and HTML5 banner ads
- Create custom branded templates in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word that incorporate embedded styles
- Retouch photography as needed to align with Visual World
- Participate in creative discussions and have the ability to take feedback and direction to enhance final creative deliverables
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding project requirements, timelines, and status of requests
- Learn internal creative and production process for a variety of deliverables to more effectively deliver projects in the estimated time frame
- Track billable time using project management tool ensuring utilization goal is accounted for
- Partner with internal Sourcing and Procurement teams to produce printed collateral that align with brand standard print specifications while recommending solutions to foreseeable problems
- Maintain brand level spec sheet for all printed collateral company-wide
- Attend all required meetings and/or training sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your Experience Includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar field required
- 1-2 years previous graphic design experience required
- Strong portfolio of work showcasing both print and digital projects
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and any other relevant tools with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and color
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Basic photography and retouching skills and video editing skills preferred
- Experience working within brand guidelines
- Ability to effectively manage time, competing priorities and workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Must be capable of working independently, with strong organizational skills, as well as collaboratively, and take a proactive approach and anticipate needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Loews Hotels & Co standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.

Wage range for this position, based on experience, is $27.20 to $34.00.
