Consultant, Technology Consulting, Technology Transformation (Cloud & Emerging Technology) - Financial Services Office (Manager)(Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Hoboken, NJ.
Work with clients to execute projects driving successful delivery of engagements, managing teams and supervising delivery of work products. Support the sales cycle for projects, demonstrating value to potential and existing clients through presentations. Work collaboratively with clients to conduct complex, strategic analyses of clients' IT organizations, operating models, processes, applications, and infrastructure. Build strong client relationships and cultivate business opportunities. Initiate and build thought leadership and support the development of market campaigns to expand and sell our offerings. Lead and coach diverse teams of professionals with different backgrounds on both technical and non-technical engagements.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience with Agile methodologies and delivery of projects leveraging Agile teams.
Must have 3 years of experience in cloud computing technology consulting, client servicing, or cloud delivery and development roles which must include working with hardware and software to develop and access cloud systems.
Must have 3 years of experience working within a cloud environment such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or IBM Cloud and interfacing with current cloud computing technologies, complex information systems and technology organizations.
Must have 3 years of experience with information technology automation principles and practices, including familiarity with popular tools in the space such as Jenkins, Terraform, Packer, Artifactory, Chef, Puppet or similar.
Must have 3 years of experience in scripting, application development or managing projects that involve authoring and testing code/scripts.
Must have 2 years of experience leading and managing engagement delivery teams and projects.
Requires domestic and international travel up to 80% to serve client needs.
