Summary: As a Wellness Attendant, you will be the face of our airport lounge wellness center, providing exceptional customer service to all clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with their appointments, setting clients up with their desired service, maintaining cleanliness of wellness area, assisting with inventory and product cart, and other related tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Assistance:
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival.
- Assist clients with booking and managing their appointments.
- Provide detailed information about available services and answer any client inquiries.
- Ensure clients are comfortably set up for their selected services.
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs.
- Service Coordination:
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow.
- Communicate any specific client needs or preferences to service providers.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, including reception, treatment rooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are sanitized and in good working order.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and products
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
