Pay: $17/hr.-$19/hr.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Job Responsibilities Call Center Functions:
Manage and resolve inquiries from employees and retirees.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
Respond to myHR email queries promptly.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
Complete assigned projects within specified deadlines.
Assist employees with HR-related questions and processes.
Coordinate training course registrations and inquiries.
Support Employee Service Awards and Performance Reward Cards.
Handle basic HR Generalist inquiries.
Front Reception Desk:
Greet and assist visitors to HR.
Answer HR phones and direct calls accordingly.
Validate parking for onboarding candidates and other guests.
Conduct contingent worker vetting.
Badge Room Operations:
Create ID badges for employees and contingent workers.
Manage badge requests through PeopleSoft and Outlook.
Additional Requirements:
Perform duties primarily seated at a desk using office equipment.
Occasionally lift or move items under 20 pounds.
Interact professionally with management, employees, and the public.
Maintain a business professional appearance and wear identification.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, or relevant certification.
Experience:
Required: 4 years of call center or administrative experience; college may substitute for experience.
Preferred: 2 years of HR or call center experience.
Familiarity with customer service principles and call center operations is advantageous.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
