This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Pay Rate: $26.39 per hour (with a shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts)

What’s a typical day as a Production Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Operating machines in an Aerospace Production environment
• Working with different types of chemicals and mixing them according to batch reports
• Maintaining great attention to detail in your work
• Following safety precautions and procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Are able to work a flexible schedule (1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts) during the 4 months of training
• Are safety-oriented and excited to learn and grow in the aerospace industry
• Have proof of US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status (ITAR facility requirement)
• Possess good math, problem-solving, and reading comprehension skills (passing a prequalification test)
