Work closely with Solution Architect to understand requirements & provide solutions using Policy center application. Recommend improvements to existing processes or propose new ones, to improve quality of project deliverables. Gather & analyze complex facts & data & draw correct inferences from information, assess alternatives & present logical solutions to problems. Coord. work with Business Analysts, Integration development teams, & Quality Assurance resources. Initiate effort estimations, requirement walkthroughs & tech. feasibility studies. Attend Daily Scrum Calls, sprint planning & sprint retrospective mtgs. Ensure batch cycles are being executed according to plan & defects are resolved. Conduct sessions to review tech. specs. & high-level design documents with Solution Architects to ensure code developed per standards. Address break fixes to production support problems. Provide advice, training, & tech. support for projects. Develop tech. knowledge & performance skills. Research, evaluate & recommend modern technologies.
