Current Need 
We are seeking an Associates Sales Assistant, GPO Support Admin to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. 
 
Position Description 

The Associate Sales Assistant will be responsible for review, research, and reconciliation of the McKesson customers’ GPO portfolios. This role will need to engage in written and verbal communication with our GPO partners, internal teams, sales representatives, and external customers. 

Key Responsibilities 

·         Daily review and research of GPO membership discrepancies.?

·         Coordinate efforts with various parties to resolve membership issues, update information and assist through completion 

·         Update McKesson E1 system 

·         Other projects as assigned by manager 

Minimum Requirements 

·         0-1 years of experience

Critical Skills 

·         1+ years in experience in customer and/or contract support 

·         Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

·         Excellent written and verbal communication

·         Ability to manage competing priorities with outstanding organization and prioritization

Additional Knowledge & Skills 

·         Excellent follow through skills 

·         Ability to collaborate well with a diverse range of people 

·         Tactful, professional, and flexible 

·         Able to multi-task effectively and manage shifting priorities 

·         Self-motivated; eager to seek new challenges and take initiative 

·         Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate organizational complexity and change 

·         Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment 

·         Experience working with Group Purchasing Organizations preferred 

Education 
HS Diploma or equivalent required
