Job Summary:
This Sr. Supply Chain Specialist primary responsibility will be to perform a wide variety of tasks relating to the incoming, outgoing shipments and Property Management of materials, merchandise, or equipment for assigned programs. This position foundationally, will be responsible for establishing relations with the programs to provide supply chain support.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Duties will include receiving, shipping, property disposition, and inventory/asset management control of government and contractor materials and hardware/software components.
- Interface with computer security to coordinate the sterilization of hardware and software scheduled for retirement, and process hardware retirement through the prescribed program processes.
- Utilize various software packages during the routine completion of tasks.
- Wil be required to drive trucks and use forklifts.
- Trace and locate lost goods.
- Vigilant of security issues due to their frequent contact with uncleared vendors
- Other tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant.
- Must have an active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience shipping and receiving material
- Experience in tracking of property
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of an organization including suppliers, team members, management, and customer
- Prior experience with the management of Government Furnished Property (GFP), Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), or Contractor Furnished Property (CFP)
- Prior experience with property audits (internal/external), inventory methods, and Lost, Damaged, or Destroyed (LDD) reporting
- Prior experience with the management of or usage of Maintenance Agreements or Vendor Returns

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
