Position Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator facilitates the daily allocation of nursing personnel, utilizing general staffing guidelines (as approved by Nursing Directors) and knowledge of personnel's skill level. The position coordinates additional activities centrally located in the Nursing Administration Office and always promotes and maintains a professional image. The Staffing Coordinator will also be competent in using systems throughout the facility working in Optilink, Cerner, PBAR, Everbridge, RightBed, and contract management system. They will assist in applying the appropriate room accommodation codes and communicate any problems immediately to the House Supervisor.

Salary Range:
Hourly Rate Minimum $19.50 Midpoint $25.53 Maximum $31.58
Required Qualifications:
Basic computer competency and high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Acute care staffing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
