The Dean of the Argyros Business College and Economics is keen to have the Leatherby Center for Entrepreneurship apply for a Princeton Review ranking.

Challenge – We have very little data about the Alumni category of information.
Potential solution – Scrape LinkedIn and similar sources for Chapman graduates with titles of Founder, Co-Founder, CEO and possible other titles. Find the list of names, number of alums that run their own company.
Second project – Scrape Crunchbase to cross verify list of companies FROM the LI alum list to find out how much funding they may have raised thus far.
Third project – Internet search on annual revenues to alum entrepreneur entities.

Experience: Scraping web-sites for specific information Cross referencing data from multiple sources Working with contact management systems Highly methodical and organized
