The Sr. Manager of Payroll (Payroll Processing) is responsible for leading a team to ensure accurate, efficient and compliant payroll processing, optimum configuration of payroll-related systems, and accurate payroll-related reporting. Performs calculations, analyses/interprets data, makes decisions, recommends solutions and solves problems under pressure. Performs end-to-end processing of US payrolls. Keep up to date on new regulations affecting the payroll processes Manage and develop exempt and nonexempt personnel as a best-in-class payroll department Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent Payroll Management / Processing experience 10+ years professional Corporate Payroll Manager experience with a large (50,000 + employees) multi-state payroll department processed in house Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the areas of Payroll Tax and Payroll Accounting Oracle or similar Cloud HCM Payroll experience Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in the use of spreadsheet, database and word processing software.
