Our all-suites hotel is off I-680, 11 miles from Silicon Valley and San Jose. We’re 10 minutes from the Great Mall and 20 minutes from Levi’s Stadium. Our hotel has 267 suites, over 18,000 square feet of event space with 14 meeting rooms. If you are a hands-on type of person who likes to fix things, this is the position for you.

What will I be doing?
As a Maintenance Technician, you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and HVAC work
- Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas
- Troubleshooting and repair hotel equipment, facilities and systems including HVAC and electrical.
- Performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and meetings spaces.
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and general areas including pool
- Diagnosing potential problems within the building
- Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention
What are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance position preferred.
- Can-do positive attitude.
- Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Able to work independently.
